About the Role We are looking for a versatile and experienced Developer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Java and Spring Boot, hands-on experience with AWS services, and solid frontend expertise in Angular. You will work closely with the product team to analyze requirements, estimate implementation efforts, and ensure smooth delivery. A key part of the role involves debugging and resolving production issues across the stack. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17, Spring, and Spring Boot Build and manage applications using Maven and Gradle Design and implement responsive UI components using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3) Collaborate with the product team to analyze requirements and estimate development efforts Debug and resolve production issues across backend and frontend systems Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications Required Skills Strong developer with 5+ years' experience having proficiency in Java 17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot Experience with Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Familiarity with Maven and Gradle Hands-on experience with AWS services like ECS, RDS, and S3 Proven ability to debug and resolve production issues across the stack Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.) Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
