Description
Recall.ai is a developer tools platform. Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams, and we create content on the internet to reach them. Examples of content we've created so far: Our Linkedin account creates startup content for founders, driving 20M+ impressions in the last 8 months. We write blogs for our engineering audience that go viral on Hacker News. We recently started creating content on Twitter for our engineering audience, with one of our posts reaching over 1M impressions. This is a hybrid role between engineering and marketing. This role ideal for you if you know how to code, don't want to only write code all day, find developer marketing interesting, and want to keep using your technical skills. What You'll Do You'll create content for our ICP on our social media channels (Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit, etc) and blogs. Today, the content we create is primarily written, but may expand to other mediums as well. Create a mix of non-technical and technical content on our channels. Build open source projects using Recall.ai to evangelize the product. Amplify product launches on our social media channels. Optimize content for sign up conversions. Measure performance and improve content based on data. What It Will Be Like Huge impact. You'll have a major role in building the company culture. You get to evolve the social media marketing motion from the strong foundation we’ve already built. No bureaucracy. You’ll own and drive every initiative you work on from start to finish. We fully trust you. Massive growth opportunities. And not just on the marketing side. Anything you want to learn about the business we’ll teach you. Why You Shouldn’t Join You are not ready for the occasional 60 hour work week right now. You are not ready to work 5 days a week, in SF. You are not comfortable working without clear structure. You are not ready for a risky career opportunity. Even with our growth, we are still an early-stage startup. If you need something more predictable, this is not the right fit. You’re not excited about writing. You won’t be able to succeed in this role unless you love to write a good story. Your Qualifications Can code. Strong writing skills. At least 3 years of experience working in startups. A lot of content we create is for startup founders, so having the context of what it's like working at a startup is critical. Bonus points: Previous experience creating content for an audience of developers Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup. Experience growing a following (Anything works here – a small instagram page, twitter meme page, personal youtube channel, etc) Other Benefits 100% covered, top-of-the-line health insurance, dental, and vision. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered. Ubers/Waymos to and from office covered. Unlimited PTO. If not in SF, we provide relocation assistance. Computer and workspace stipend. Create the best work of your life and be part of a group of people who deeply care about their work.
Responsibilities
You will create content for our ideal customer profile on various social media channels and blogs, focusing on both technical and non-technical content. Additionally, you will build open source projects to promote the product and optimize content for conversions.
