Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions. Key Responsibilities * Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher * Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must. * Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle * Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus * Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus * Experience in Agile methodology is a plus. Required Qualifications * 8+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certification * Pega CLSA certification (mandatory) * Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects * Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred) * Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE) * Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments * Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL Technical Skills * Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning * Pega BIX, connectors & services * Job Schedulers, Queue Processors * Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have) * Pega admin (installation, configuration) * HTML, JavaScript, CSS Preferred Skills * Experience with payments, disputes, or lending workflows * Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in banking * Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience * Experience in Agile delivery models
