Job Description We are currently looking Developer - Ivanti for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably Ivanti). Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, web services, and integration patterns. Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar). Familiarity with middleware and integration tools (ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.). Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB). Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures. Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Responsibilities

The Developer - Ivanti will be responsible for working with ITSM platforms, preferably Ivanti, and integrating various systems using APIs and web services. The role requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to support ITSM processes.
