We are a Vaughan based company looking to digitize and streamline our operations using the full power of Odoo. As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful Odoo Developer who can own the development cycle end-to-end—from customization and module development to deployment and maintenance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience with Odoo v13+, including development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Odoo architecture and ORM.
• Experience with Odoo.sh, Git, and version control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full project cycles—from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication and time management capabilities.
• Functional knowledge of business workflows (e.g., accounting, supply chain, HR).

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for customizing Odoo applications, developing new modules, integrating third-party tools, and managing Odoo-based projects to ensure alignment with business needs. This is a high-impact role requiring both strong technical acumen and excellent project management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.) according to business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python and XML.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scoping, timeline estimation, and stakeholder updates.
• Integrate third-party systems via API or custom connectors.
• Manage migrations from older Odoo versions or other ERP systems.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and executives to ensure smooth delivery.
