QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • 6-8 years of experience in a Product Development or technical Research & Development role
  • Consumer focused defining consumer desired experiences collaboratively with marketing and developing the strategic innovation pipeline. Being a constant champion for the consumer.
  • Ability to lead projects in development and commercialization of new products with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Formula/product development expertise in Biscuit or Bars is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding equipment design and manufacturing processes to support product and process specifications.
  • Strong project management & collaboration working cross functionally with agility partnering with internal and external manufacturers executing with excellence and technical rigor.
  • Experience leading fast paced projects, working with agility, challenging status quo
  • Strong problems skills and strategic agility.
  • Can stand alone, handle complexity, influence and present effectively to senior stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Up to 50% travel will be required
    The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
