DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Developer Relations Community Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will build a technical community platform and developer relations strategy alongside our Chief Customer Officer. If you are ready to build the developer community platform of your dreams, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of our customer developers within interop.io: understand their use cases, identify the challenges they face, and galvanize subject matter experts within the company to find solutions for them
  • Develop a strategy and plan for building a new developer community platform from the ground up, with significant support from the Chief Customer Officer, Product Support, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Propose the technologies and vendors to run the community platform on
  • Development an engagement strategy
  • Create the metrics to assess performance and usage of the platform, devising engagement strategies and reports to leadership
  • Own development of the platform from inception to launch
  • Develop code snippets, best practices, and other technical content for users of the platform
  • Collaborate with Product Support, Marketing, Pre-sales Engineering, Product Engineering, Consulting (also Engineers), and Product Management
  • Primary audience are developers and software engineers who use our products but there is an opportunity to engage cross-functional client teams including: Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Technical Writers, SDETs and other QA experts
