DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW PLATFORM:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Developer - ServiceNow Platform for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW PLATFORM - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ServiceNow Transformation project aims to migrate Application Portfolio Management (APM) from a legacy instance to a new ServiceNow Instance. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing applications using in-demand technologies on the ServiceNow Platform.

DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW PLATFORM - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of experience as a developer/analyst/solution designer.
  • 5+ years of experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Foundations.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration, scripting, and workflow development.
  • 5+ years of experience with APM concepts, including application rationalization and lifecycle management.

DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW PLATFORM – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Drive Value with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 3.0 – CMDB and Service Graph.
  • Experience working with CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Financial industry experience.
  • Experience working on integrations.
Responsibilities
  • Migrate Application Portfolio Management from the legacy instance to the new ServiceNow Instance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CSDM architecture.
  • Document relationships between IT infrastructure, services, and business services.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships between CIs in the CSDM.
  • Develop and implement data management and governance policies for the CSDM.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify new CIs and service relationships.
  • Provide guidance and training to ServiceNow users on CSDM-related topics.
  • Reverse engineer and conduct solution analysis.
  • Evaluate customized tables, flows, business rules, scripts, UI pages, and UI policies.
