This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing our mission through excellent relationship-building and behind-the-scenes coordination. Job Responsibilities: Development and Fundraising Support: Support the development team in tracking and documenting donor interactions and engagement activities. Assist with the preparation and distribution of donor acknowledgment letters and other communications. Provide general administrative support to the Director of Development, including scheduling, filing, and project coordination. Coordinate catering and food orders for development events, staff meetings, and department needs. Process check requests and manage budgets for department expenses. Prepare event materials such as name tags, signage and donor packets. Help manage guest lists, RSPV’s, and day-of event check-in and materials. Support post-event follow-up, including thank you notes, data entry, and internal debriefs. CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings. Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO. Assist in organizing and preparing for Board meetings, including assembling materials and taking minutes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate and manage communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain and organize the CEO’s files, documents, and records. Assist with special projects as directed by the CEO.
