Your mission We are looking for Development Chapter Lead, to join our team based in Budapest. You will play a key role in building engineering excellence through both people and practices. You will lead and develop high-performing engineers while ensuring consistent, scalable, and modern development standards across teams. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management (30%), technical contribution (20%), and capability ownership (50%) to support Telio’s ongoing engineering transformation.
