This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK food manufacturer specialising in foodservice and bakery pre-mixes — trusted by national wholesalers, pub chains, restaurant groups, and education providers. Based in the West Midlands, you’ll be travelling across the UK to demonstrate new products, inspire customers, and influence menus at scale.

• Create and develop new food concepts alongside the Business Development Chef
• Present your creations to major foodservice clients, demonstrating product performance
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows as a brand ambassador
• Collaborate with our sales team, supporting customer relationships with culinary expertise
• Work with cross-functional teams on recipe creation, sample prep, and documentation
• Conduct market and trend research to drive innovation
• Travel regularly, including overnight stays, to attend meetings and development sessions
