This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on chef who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about both food and people development. You will lead menu innovation, ensure operational excellence, and play a vital role in training and mentoring our people supported by WALK as they develop skills for future employment.

• Lead menu planning & execution – create seasonal, innovative menus that our customers will love.
• Train & mentor our people supported by WALK – provide structured, hands-on training for people with learning disabilities in food preparation, hygiene, and customer service.
• Manage and inspire the team – coach, and develop the kitchen team and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Oversee both sites – maintain consistent quality and standards across Walkinstown and our new city centre café.
• Control costs & stock – ensure efficient ordering, minimal waste, and strong financial performance.
• Ensure food safety & compliance – maintain HACCP standards and embed a strong culture of safety.
• Drive innovation – introduce fresh ideas, culinary trends, and special offerings to keep our menus exciting.
