In this role, there will be the opportunity to -
- Coordinate all assigned fundraising initiatives and attend events as required to support campaign goals.
- Cultivate relationships with current donors and organizations, identifying new partnership opportunities to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of department-specific fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Support fundraising activities related to community groups, schools, organizations, and individuals, ensuring smooth operation of events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the director and hospital personnel to assess the funding needs of various divisions and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies with the Foundation team to achieve fiscal year goals for the hospital’s various divisions and programs.
- Manage donor stewardship efforts, ensuring timely and meaningful recognition of donor contributions.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders regarding fundraising progress and outcomes.
