Lead design control in concept and product development. Lead the Design-for-Manufacturing process and implementation in CAD (3D-modelling and drawing). Plan, perform, and document technical part of exploratory pre-development projects. Plan, perform, and document workstreams to strengthen technical core competencies. Execute and support product development projects with technical expertise and investigations. Prepare technical documentation (specification, implementation, verification, validation) in accordance with the product development process. Define, request and assess design verification reports (including metrology reports and mechanical testing). Coordination with external development partners and suppliers. Discover new technologies for product-, and process-related innovations for the strategic business segments Adhesives, Dental, and Healthcare. Observe market and new product developments in the strategic business segments Dental, Industry, and Surgery. Support internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Quality, Operations, etc.) with technical and product related expertise.
