This role is pivotal in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing development projects for all Accor hotel brands across various contract types (management, franchise, residential) and project formats (hotels, resorts, extended stay, branded residences, mixed-use). Stay informed on market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, brand, technical services) to ensure seamless project execution. 資格 YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 日本語・英語が堪能であることビジネス、ホスピタリティ、財務、不動産、または関連分野の学位ホスピタリティ開発や市場分析における豊富な経験ホテル会計、運営受託契約、フランチャイズモデル、財務モデリングに関する深い知識卓越した交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、関係構築スキル戦略的思考を持ち、起業家精神と多文化への理解があること Fluent in Japanese and English Degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. Significant experience in hospitality development and market analysis. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, management agreements, franchise models, and financial modeling. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
