REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale industrial or logistics development projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
