You will work in specialised teams with the most talented experts in the industry, contributing to the development and optimisation of our technology and products. Your ideas and work will have a direct impact on the current and next generations of products, for example in autonomous material handling, precise position detection and quality monitoring of objects.

Your role:

  • You will develop photoelectric components from initial test samples to finished products.
  • Along with this, you will define and develop processes for the manufacture of the components.
  • Characterising and evaluating the processes and components will also be part of your remit.
  • You will contribute your expertise to cross-location collaboration with other departments as part of the overall system development.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering, physics or a comparable qualification, preferably with a specialisation in optoelectronics.
  • You have already gained experience in the manufacturing process and development of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers and LEDs.
  • Experience in product qualification is an advantage.
  • You have knowledge in the application of statistical methods for process control.
