Your Job: Hardware Verification

As a Development Engineer in Hardware Verification, you will help ensure the quality and functionality of IBM's next-generation processors, accelerators, ASICs, and server systems before they are manufactured.

 In this role, you will:

 * Verify complex hardware designs for future IBM server and AI systems in a pre-silicon environment.

 * Develop intelligent verification solutions using modern programming languages and automation frameworks.

* Build simulation environments, reference models, test generators, and verification infrastructure.

 * Analyze system behavior, investigate issues, and work with design teams to drive resolutions.

 * Collaborate closely with engineers from architecture, logic design, firmware, research, and tooling teams worldwide.

 * Apply modern DevOps practices to hardware development and verification workflows.

 * Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.

* Continuously enhance verification methodologies, automation capabilities, and quality metrics.

•  * Contribute to technologies that support IBM's AI, Cloud, and Quantum Computing roadmaps.
