Description
Responsibilities
Physical design and installation of electrical aircraft systems and harnesses according installation requirements
Space allocation of equipment and definition of harness routings
Define physical interfaces between systems and primary structure and systems to systems (interface control documents, ICDs)
Definition and buildup of configured product breakdown structures
Create and release data for manufacturing (3D models in CATIA, drawings, bill of materials) for detail parts, sub assemblies, harness data for manufacturing and mechanical and electrical installations
Coordination of the design with all parties involved
Support to the V&V process, requirements management if required
Plan and execute the activities according the overall program schedule through all different product development phases to secure all design deliverable
