KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop, establish and implement verification and compliance strategies.
  • Plan experiments, associated instrumentation and hardware requirements for the engine development program.
  • Define and implement the build and strip requirements of engine tests to satisfy project and certification test requirements.
  • Create flight release documentation, standardisation and certification reports to ensure compliance with certification and customer requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all aspects of verification and validation engineering work.
  • Support the development and deployment of Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, methods, and tools across development programmes, ensuring alignment with Capability and Engineering governance.
  • Assist in the execution of capability assurance activities, including maturity assessments, preparation of review materials, and collation of technical evidence.
  • Collaborate with engineers across development programmes to embed consistent and robust V&V approaches, supporting delivery of compliant and assured technical solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups or improvement initiatives aimed at advancing digital V&V, and contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of V&V capabilities.
