As Development / Engineering Manager (f/m/d) for SAP Build Process Automation, you’ll lead and mentor a scrum team, who builds reliable scalable cloud services for end-to-end automation of customer processes. These span across entire enterprises and range from simple approval workflows to innovative AI-powered processes. You are passionate for leadership and the latest technologies to build and run state-of-the-art microservices for process execution? Together we want to evolve the heart of SAP Build Process Automation on SAP’s Business Technology Platform.
In your day-to-day work as Development / Engineering Manager (f/m/d) of a Scrum team, you’ll lead your team’s product development (product discovery and product delivery) in close collaboration with other disciplines (Product Management & User Experience). Your team uses cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring, GitHub Copilot, JavaScript, NestJS, Cloud Foundry, HANA, Kafka, Dynatrace. Your role will involve promoting advanced automation and implementing best practices to enhance development efficiency, ensuring seamless deliveries to our global data centers. You will be part of a collaborative, agile, and adaptable work environment that fosters innovation, values open communication, and appreciates individual contributions.
