Responsibilities

DAY-TO-DAY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Development Executives guide DD&C projects across our portfolio. This means securing regulatory and co-owner approvals, managing budgets and SAP‐aligned initiatives, and translating strategic masterplans into delivered value—ensuring each project drives asset growth and aligns with our long-term strategy.

  • Lead projects end-to-end, from briefing through to hand-over.
  • Secure approvals & funding by drafting enterprise briefs and obtaining sign-off from Asset Management, Group Ops, partners and regulators.
  • Manage SAP roll-outs by implementing all SAP changes for DD&C, ensuring correct setup and data.
  • Shape asset plans; feed into feasibility studies, disposals, acquisitions and long-term masterplans.
  • Coordinate capital transfers such as handling leasing changes, renewals and downsizes for each asset
  • Plan & prioritise balanced development and operational capital projects across multiple assets.
  • Collaborate regularly to align scope, budget and timing with Finance, Legal, Planning, Asset Teams and co-owners.
  • Lead forums: run DCMs, PCGs and project check-ins; resolve day-to-day queries and escalate as needed.
  • You influence planning controls and local frameworks by managing council and state relationships.
