Safeguarding children and adults living in communities where we work is also central to everything we do. We are currently looking for suitable, qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professional to fill the role of Project Officers x 2 for its CHILD Project funded by Australian Government. The Change, Hope, Inclusion, Love and Development (CHILD) for children in Vanuatu project aims to reduce physical, sexual, psychological and spiritual violence towards 6,680 girls and boys, including children with disabilities, in Shefa, Sanma and Tanna Island. The Project Officer will: Report to the Project Manager Implement project activities according to the project design with a focus on ensuring the community has a strong understanding of and plays a strong role in achieving program outcomes. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders such as community members, community leaders and church groups. Carry out ongoing monitoring of project activities and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate. An annual salary package of between VT776,664 to VT810,000 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
