About the Role Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be a strategic leader managing a broad portfolio that includes individual giving, grants, fundraising campaigns, and donor stewardship. This hands-on role is responsible for executing the annual fundraising plan and strengthening the infrastructure that supports our mission. You will collaborate closely with program and administrative staff to ensure our fundraising efforts remain rooted in community impact and environmental justice. Who You Are A Relationship Builder: You are a proactive professional who thrives on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors. A Strategic Thinker: You have the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision. An Advocate for Equity: You possess a deep passion for advancing racial, economic, and social justice within immigrant and working-class communities. A Collaborative Partner: You enjoy working with others to align fundraising goals with organizational priorities. What You'll Bring Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fundraising or an industry with transferable skills and life experience. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Workspace and experience managing CRM databases. Communication Skills: The ability to draft compelling donor appeals, monthly e-newsletters, and social media content. Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese is highly valued but not required.
