We’re looking for a proactive Development Manager to help us grow our reach, secure sustainable funding, and build partnerships that create real change.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a track record of successful funder engagement.
  • Experience in fundraising, business development, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of co-production and community-led work.
  • Passion for amplifying lived experience voices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
