In this role, you’ll lead a diverse pipeline of development and transaction projects, working at the intersection of strategy, delivery and stakeholder engagement to unlock the full potential of government assets. You’ll collaborate with industry experts, government partners and communities to navigate complex planning, environmental and commercial considerations—bringing ideas to life through innovative solutions. With a strong focus on impact, you’ll provide strategic advice, drive project outcomes and help deliver places that create social, economic and environmental value for the people of NSW. For more information read the full Role Description: Development Manager (RD to be uploaded via PageUp) What you will bring to the role * Experience delivering complex property, development or infrastructure projects, with the ability to turn strategy into tangible outcomes * Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to building consensus across diverse groups * Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance risk, opportunity and community impact to deliver optimal outcomes * Demonstrated experience preparing, managing, or assessing development applications (DAs) or State Significant Development Applications (SSDAs).
