We are seeking a Development Manager (f/m/d) with strong strategic leadership and technical excellence to lead a diverse, highly skilled team driving the acceleration of our BTP Unified Runtime forward.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-unit approach for conceptualization, validation, development, execution towards a BTP Unified Runtime
  • Best practice program management methodologies to keep a long-horizon view across the organization
  • Providing guidance on short- and medium-term tasks while always keeping the alignment with vision and strategy in mind
  • Drive continuous improvement/identify challenges and blind spots in your unit’s scope proactively and manage required change professionally
  • Develop a shared understanding of the target architecture, services and components to foster targeted execution across the BTP Unified Runtime organization, from PoCs to a scalable offering
  • Empower and position your team members to consult and guide peer teams and experts to enable effective, cross-unit execution towards the Unified Runtime goals
  • Support executive leadership in the formulation and alignment of goals and success metrics
