Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and motivated Development Manager - Hotels to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in hotel development or project management within the hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of the hotel industry, including market trends, design considerations, and operational requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement

• Lead the development and implementation of hotel projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Qiddiya Investment Company
• Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and competitive analyses to inform project strategies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, designers, contractors, and local authorities
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective execution and compliance with industry standards
• Supervise the selection and management of external consultants and contractors throughout the development process
• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions
• Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship within the development team, supporting the growth of junior staff
