DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL

We are looking for a Development Manager to work with us in our new, dynamic consulting business working on some of the most exciting development opportunities in Sydney.
This is a hands on role working directly with the founder and you will be exposed to all aspects of the development lifecycle.

• Manage industrial development projects in south west Sydney.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, including planners, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Support negotiations with tenants, landowners and funding partners.
• Oversee approvals process, design development and project reporting.
• Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and feasibility analysis.
