YOUR ROLE IN CREATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

• Preparing and maintaining short and long term investment plans
• Defining investment needs with stakeholders
• Prioritizing and validating development ideas together with investment owners
• Optimizing investment scope and concept
• Defining resource needs for coming investment projects
• Managing and follow-up investment portfolio project costs and performance
• Specifying and setting clear targets, scope and schedule together with owners to enable efficient execution of investment projects
• Ensuring management of change, safety and authority engineering in investment projects.
  You will work closely with project owners from production and asset management to define business objectives for investments. In cooperation with project managers you will lead project teams to successful implementation. Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to develop and renew. Working safely at all times is essential to all of us.
  The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. We offer free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the Helsinki metropolitan area, Porvoo and other nearby areas. We operate on a hybrid work model, a minimum of three days per week in the office.

THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Applicable technical bachelor’s or master’s degree
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in industry or industrial projects, process industry preferred
• Strong cooperation and team working skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
