This role offers a dynamic leadership opportunity to drive the development and delivery of innovative software solutions in a fast-paced environment. The Development Manager will lead multiple globally distributed engineering teams, ensuring high-quality execution across SaaS and cloud-based products. You will mentor developers and testers, guide technical architecture decisions, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and product quality. The position requires strong technical expertise combined with people management skills, overseeing front-end, back-end, and infrastructure development while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in setting strategic goals, improving team performance, and delivering impactful technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. \n Accountabilities Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team, including developers and testers across multiple time zones. Lead software development teams through the full product lifecycle, from inception to release, ensuring timely delivery. Oversee technical execution, including web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure components. Guide front-end (React or Angular) and back-end development efforts, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and improve product quality. Continuously improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance through coaching and process optimization. Participate in solution design, code reviews, and strategic technology decisions. Set expectations, define goals, and perform performance evaluations for team members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in Agile software development environments. Proven track record managing complex software development, delivery, and support teams. Hands-on technical experience as a lead developer or architect in SaaS/cloud-based products. Strong knowledge of .NET stack, Azure ecosystem (Azure Boards, CI/CD, Git Repos). Experience with UX/UI design tools, React JS, or React Native is a plus. Hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development highly preferred. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing (functional, non-functional, integration, reliability), and automation best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
