This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape high-performing software development teams in a dynamic, innovative environment. The Development Manager will oversee multiple globally distributed teams, guiding the delivery of SaaS and cloud-based applications while ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, including mentoring team members, streamlining processes, and collaborating across product, operations, and support functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, Agile development practices, and cloud technologies, and will play a key role in driving technical innovation, improving product quality, and supporting business growth. \n Accountabilities: Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, managing distributed development and testing teams. Lead software development teams through the full lifecycle of projects, from inception to product rollout. Set team expectations and goals, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Oversee technical execution including front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, microservices, web apps, and infrastructure components. Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery deadlines are met. Continuously improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall software quality with a focus on automation and operational excellence. Participate in solution design, code reviews, and customer support as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing software in an Agile environment. Proven track record of managing complex software development projects and delivering high-quality SaaS/cloud applications. Strong technical background with hands-on experience as a lead developer or architect, preferably with .NET stack, Azure ecosystem, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. Familiarity with UX/UI design tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git Repos, and automated testing practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills, with experience managing multi-timezone teams. Experience in mentoring, coaching, and performance management of technical staff.
