Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join a new exciting project, Wantirna South. You will work within the team to manage and deliver projects including taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and program delivery.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage project feasibility – single stage, multi stages, JV models and all components of financial model.
Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
Enter into and negotiate/finalise negotiations.
Review and manage development programme and brief.
Write formal business correspondences, reports and presentations.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes and know when to escalate to management.
Ability to identify all aspects of development including identifying deficiencies, standardisation, innovation, revenue time and cost to extract maximum value.
Identify and communicate ‘the bigger picture’, new business opportunities, and put together requirements.
Value management of all aspects and stages of the project.
Proactive approach at advancing project.
Possess thorough market knowledge and understanding of the market, including keeping up to date with competing developments.
Possess thorough understanding of planning system and ability to seek and obtain Development Approvals.
Your point of difference
To be successful you will be professionally qualified with demonstrated residential development experience, including a solid understanding of managing feasibility for the project as well as procurement, planning and tendering processes.
You will have strong stakeholder skills and conflict resolution experience in project and people management, and have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity and drive win-win outcomes.
