SKILLS:

· 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
· Proven success in managing web and mobile platform delivery, preferably with experience in CMS-based ecosystems like AEM.
· Strong background in modern web technologies (e.g., React/React Native,Node.js) and system architecture.
· Experience with AI/ML initiatives.
· Technical Leadership
· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices.
· Strong grasp of system design for scalability, testability, and security.
· Experience implementing Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe), with a track record of improving team agility and velocity.
