We are currently looking for a suitable, qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professional to fill the role of Project Manager for a new disaster preparedness project to be based in Tanna. The Project Manager will: Report to the Portfolio Manager Collaborate with Portfolio Manager; manage project activities within the respective province, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and some budgeting responsibilities. Ensure World Vision Vanuatu delivers high quality outcomes on time, within budget and in line with WVV core values. Matrix manage programme/ project staff including capacity building, performance monitoring and day to day operational support. Working in partnership with Provincial stakeholders and communities to ensure that World Vision is delivering relevant and high-quality programmes in a sensitive and professional manner. An annual salary package of between VT1,769,484 to VT1,990,668 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
