This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining Crosswinds’ fundraising program, providing administrative support to the Development Manager and the Development & Logistics Director, and enhancing the mission and vision established by the Board of Directors. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manages fundraising event guest list and coordination. Assists in managing the Inspiring Solutions team collaboratively with supervisor. Maintains records of current and past donors and helps identify opportunities. Schedules Coffee and Conversation in each county if applicable at least once per year and attends at least one community outreach event in each county once per year. Ensures the accurate entry and maintenance of donor information and data in the Bloomerang database in a timely manner set out by donor promised timelines. Assists in the organization of the Board Forum at the annual conference for the Association of Community Mental Health Centers in Kansas. Produces mass mailings for agency fundraising program based on the timelines set forward. Manages the attendance and agency representation for community events and trade shows as a representative of the agency. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and credit card machines.
