JOB PURPOSE

East Ayrshire Leisure’s Hospitality Service is growing significantly and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Manager with experience in Business Management, Management or Logistics / Catering Service Management to: Implement an effective Catering Service to our Venues and Food Services across East Ayrshire; Champion the safe and on time transportation and logistics management of the catering services and stock / equipment deliveries to our venues, partner and customers; Manage and take ownership of the Logistics Planning and Execution to meet the requirements of the service; Train, coach and develop the Catering Team; Work closely with our Strategic Lead and Central Kitchen Management to grow and develop a commercially viable logistics service that meets the needs and wants of our service users and venues.
