DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Role Summary: Diverse role assisting in the management, implementation and monitoring of projects within the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct.

Degree in real estate, land economics, business or a related field such as planning or engineering and/or relevant industry experience.

The department brings together Agriculture & Biosecurity; Forestry & Fishing; Local Land Services; NSW Resources; Regional Development & Delivery; the Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation; NSW Public Works and Soil Conservation Service. We have nearly 5,000 employees, with almost 80 per cent of us living and working in regional NSW.
Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation was established in 2019. The Corporation is responsible for delivering the Special Activation Precincts through enabling infrastructure, streamlined planning and approval, and business support, including concierge services to attract investors and remove barriers for businesses to establish in regional NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Development Officer will undertake project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct. In this role you will support the Development Manager and broader team with the preparation of documentation, research and gathering of information for matters relating to the development and implementation of land and property.
