We are looking for a Development & Planning Coordinator – Real Estate (M/F) to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a real estate development, investment, or advisory company, with experience in real estate project development, acquisition, and execution;
  • Analytical profile with a passion for real estate;
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a drive for high standards;
  • Experience and knowledge in hospitality and/or residential development, as well as urban planning, will be a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders (architects, engineers, external consultants, etc.);
  • Background in Architecture, Engineering, or Management;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Experience in project planning, team coordination, and deadline management is highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of projects within the Hospitality and Premium Residential sectors;
  • Support the Development Manager in procurement, project marketing, and sales, ensuring alignment with the leasing team, brokers, potential buyers, and other key stakeholders to adapt the project as needed;
  • Provide assistance in producing regular development and project reports (financial, timeline, quality, risk) for the team, senior management, and stakeholders;
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including co-developers, development partners, and public entities;
  • Coordinate and interact with architects, engineers, and consultants to optimize project solutions;
  • Oversee project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays;
  • Lead the planning and coordination of multi-team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and task prioritization;
  • Support the Development Manager in resource allocation and team performance monitoring to achieve project goals effectively.
