QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder der Elektrotechnik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder Hochschulabschluss in Nachrichtentechnik
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich erforderlich
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Entwicklungsprojekten erforderlich
• Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung komplexer Systeme
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Radarsystemen wünschenswert
• IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse

QUALIFICATIONS

• Study of comparable qualifications, at least a Bachelor’s degree or in electrical engineering, at least a Bachelor’s degree or university degree in communications engineering
• Several years of professional experience in this field required
• Experience in project management, ideally in development projects required
• Experience in the development of complex systems
• Experience in the development of radar systems desirable
• IT: MS Office, at least detailed specialist knowledge
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least proficient

In the “Spexer & Passive Radar Engineering” department, the passive radar product Twinvis and the SPEXER® 2000 radar product family are developed, tested, integrated and accepted by the customer in close cooperation with the specialist departments. The SPEXER® 2000 radar product family includes technologically leading products that are continuously being developed and are in demand and used worldwide with their innovative approaches. In your role as a Development Project Manager, you will work closely with experts and specialists from various areas of the company. We work in diverse teams in a very good working atmosphere.
The teams are characterized by strong team spirit. Our tasks also include support with project management, preparing offers and presenting our products to customers.

Your activities and tasks:

• Planning and controlling system development (requirements, design, analysis, acceptance, problem reports, safety, documentation)
• Project planning of the relevant work packages and components
• Coordination of development services with internal interfaces (development, purchasing, quality, production)
• Resource management
• Time and cost management / tracking development progress
• Control of external development services
• Planning and carrying out reviews as part of the development process
• Supporting the program area with offers (e.g. through effort estimates) and customer discussions
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of products through the use of the latest technologies e.g. AI
• and through creative and pragmatic approaches
