KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage new product introduction and technology projects
• Manage and drive development projects independently
• Lead the project and coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service departments, as well as sales and contracting
• Report on project progress and outcomes, ensuring clear and timely communication

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a commercial or engineering discipline
• Strong project management, leadership, and financial acumen
• Experience with POD propulsion systems and/or maritime industry (advantageous)
• Experience with public funded projects (advantageous)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel as required
