MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Diplôme ou équivalent, avec généralement plus de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente.

PREFERABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with RabbitMQ message queues.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain pharmacy automation software using solid source code practices.
  • Implement, debug, unit test, and optimize software aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Conduct peer design and code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads to assess project scope and timelines.
  • Architect and develop software solutions that meet customer and market needs.
  • Enhance existing and new automation products with innovative features.
  • Support software releases and lifecycle enhancements.
  • Identify, report, and resolve product defects.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to meet release milestones.
  • Document development processes and milestones.
  • Stay current with technology trends and evaluate new tools for product benefit.
  • Build strong relationships across the product development team and other stakeholders.
  • Occasionally engage with customers during beta testing and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct peer reviews of product artifacts.
