REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bring your experience of Ruby, we’re on Ruby 3.4 and Rails 7.2!
• You have experience deploying and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications in a production environment
• Experience with open source API gems
• Willing to learn, transparent, ambitious, team player, listening skills and attention to details
• Eager to share knowledge with team members and foster an attitude of continuous improvement
• DevOps experience and design system experience are nice to haves

You can expect to:

• Collaborate directly with colleagues to solve business problems through technical implementations on the platform
• Contribute to our GraphQL API, service architecture, queuing system, database systems, and other core infrastructure services
• Participate in DevOps initiatives that increase development pace and system reliability
• Maintain our internal design system to ensure modern frontend practices are respected
• Mentor and act as a subject matter expert within a team of software developers
