Les responsabilités du poste incluent:

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir les composants backend et frontend de la plateforme de stress testing en utilisant Java moderne, Spring Boot et ReactJs ;
• Intégrer la plateforme avec les modèles Python LibRA CCAR, en assurant un échange de données efficace et une orchestration fluide entre les services Java et les analyses Python ;
• Réorganiser le code hérité pour améliorer la performance, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité du système ;
• Assurer le support et le dépannage du système existant pour garantir la continuité des activités pendant la transition ;
• Participer aux revues de code, aux tests unitaires/intégration et aux pipelines de livraison continue ;
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour recueillir les besoins, définir les solutions techniques et respecter des échéanciers de projet ambitieux ;
• La modernisation et l’intégration avec les modèles Python LibRA CCAR doivent être complétées d’ici la fin de 2025 afin de répondre aux exigences réglementaires pour la soumission CCAR de 2026. Il s’agit d’un projet critique, sensible au temps, avec une grande visibilité et un impact organisationnel important.

BACK-END JAVA DEVELOPER

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Back-end Java Developer for a company in the banking sector. Our client is located in Montréal.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and frontend components of the stress testing platform using modern Java, Spring Boot, and ReachJs ;
• Integrating the platform with LibRA CCAR Python models, ensuring efficient data exchange and process orchestration between Java services and Python-based analytics ;
• Refactoring legacy code, improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability ;
• Supporting and troubleshooting the existing system to ensure business continuity during the transition ;
• Participating in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and continuous delivery pipelines ;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver on aggressive project timelines ;
• The modernization and integration with LibRA CCAR Python models must be completed by the end of 2025 to meet regulatory requirements for the 2026 CCAR submission. This is a critical, time-sensitive project with high visibility and impact across the organization.

Mandatory Skills – Back-end Java Developer

• 2 - 5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices ;

• At least 1-2 years of experience DB2, Rest API ;

• ReactJs.
