Les responsabilités du poste incluent:

• Contribuer à la stratégie des outils de gestion des actifs ;
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités pour une suite d’outils de gestion des actifs ;
• Apprendre et appliquer de nouvelles technologies, bonnes pratiques de conception et modèles d’utilisabilité ;
• Contribuer à l’architecture système de bout en bout, en collaboration avec des spécialistes full stack ;
• Collaborer avec les chefs de produit et les autres équipes techniques pour créer des expériences utilisateurs optimisées et agréables ;
• Maintenir la qualité du code source, assurer des tests adéquats en environnement de développement, fournir des commentaires lors des revues de code et contribuer à l’élaboration des principes de codage de l’équipe.

JAVA DEVELOPER

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Java Developer for a company in the investment sector. Our client is located in Quebec and Montréal.
Job details – Java Developer

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Contribute to the strategy of our asset management tools ;
• Design and implement features for a suite of asset management tools ;
• Learn and apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns ;
• Contribute to end-to-end system architecture, working with specialists across the full stack ;
• Collaborate with product managers and other technical teams to create optimized and delightful user experiences ;
• Maintain source code quality, ensure adequate testing in development environment, provide code review feedback, and help create team coding principles.

Mandatory Skills – Java Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field ;
• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Java developer ;
• Strong experience with user interface design & development using Angular, React, JavaScript etc. Familiar with AG Grid and Material ;
• Strong hands-on development experience designing & building end to end web applications starting from front end design, Rest APIs to interact with the interface, data model to store & manage the data etc. ;
• Understand modern architecture to build scalable applications ;
• Design & develop APIs for data exchange, knows how to work with multiple data structures and formats e.g. JSON ;
• Working in an agile squad as a contributor, working with other developers towards a common goal ;
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and understand data ;
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing End to End multi-tier systems ;
• Strong knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle ;
• Experience developing, testing & supporting multi-tier technology architectures ;
• Strong experience in SQL and familiar with DB2, MSSQL Server databases.
