We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Developer to guide and support our growing development team. You’ll work closely with our Scrum Master, Senior Product Manager, and QA Manager to ensure smooth sprint execution, high-quality code delivery, and efficient release processes. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable, user-centric applications, mentoring team members, and contributing to architectural decisions. This role is ideal for a senior developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to code.

Responsibilities
  • Craft exceptional software: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack.
  • Champion user experience: Lead initiatives to improve the usability, accessibility, and performance of our web application’s frontend.
  • Champion system integrity: Lead initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, and performance of our backend services and APIs.
  • Contribute to sprint planning: Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Manager to shape, execute, and deliver sprint goals.
  • Drive delivery excellence: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and fixes, balancing speed with stability.
  • Collaborate on DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment automation.
  • Elevate the team: Share knowledge through code reviews, pair/peer programming, and informal mentoring.
  • Bridge disciplines: Work closely with QA, Product, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
  • Improve continuously: Identify and implement process improvements to boost team productivity and code quality.
  • Grow with impact: Take initiative in shaping technical direction and team practices, with opportunities to influence team leadership and strategy.
  • This position is designed with a growth trajectory, with the goal of progressing into a Team Lead role within 6 to 12 months.
