Microsoft Windows & Devices Group is driving the development of new hardware solutions such as Xbox and Surface that are bringing new and exciting experiences to the user. The Device Analysis and Engineering (DAE) organization is supporting this objective by providing effective Failure Analysis solutions to improve customer experience and drive improvements back into the product development process. DAE mission is to leverage applied science and critical thinking to influence change from materials characterization during technology selection through in-depth failure analysis for complex time sensitive issues. We are looking for a passionate, high initiative and hardware talent to join us in below areas. This role will be performed in a variety of activities, ranging from DAE lab management, strategy development to hands-on Electrical Failure Analysis.
