DEVICE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Candidates in this role will be responsible for smooth operations of devices deployed on client side. Operating
devices according to documented procedures and industry best practices. Candidates in this role must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with executive levels
throughout the company. Must have extensive experience in operation and maintenance of various security devices like IPS, Sandboxing, Application Control, EDR, MDM, IAM and
PAM, Email Security, Vulnerability Assessment and DDOS etc. Candidates are expected to develop and review SOPs, monitor issues and incidents on devices and troubleshoot them, do patch management etc.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Working hours support and support during maintenance hours
On call support during non-working hours
Proactive monitoring and response to incident generated from devices under scope
Response to the incident from SOC team
Vulnerability management
Baseline and hardening systems under scope.
Proactive identify, analyze and mitigate the gaps
Continuous review and close of audit items
Monitoring incident problem configure change release and other ITLT based operations
Minor upgrade and patch management.
Periodic health check
Adhere to client security policy
Develop and review SOPs specific to devices
Report and review of SLAs and KPIs on periodic basis
