REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with factory reset and device testing procedures (training provided)
• Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a structured workflow
• Self-disciplined, punctual, and honest
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work with LLM-based support tools (no coding required)
• Able to work independently or as part of a team

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on a mission to give refurbished devices a second chance. We’re looking for a Device Tester who’s into tech, cares about the planet to join the adventure. Work closely with our founders (they’re cool, promise) and be part of a young, energetic, sustainability-focused team that actually has fun while saving the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test and check devices (e.g. laptops, phones, tablets) to make sure they’re ready for their next owner
• Perform secure resets and data erasures, following company protocols and assisted by AI tools
• Accurately label and safely pack devices for resale or shipping
• Report any device issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the operations lead
• Maintain clean and organised workspaces
• Ensure all tasks are completed with integrity and consistency
