About the Job We are looking for an experienced and visionary IT Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software and infrastructure solutions. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring excellence in software engineering, architecture, and operations. You will drive the implementation of modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, continuous integration, quality management, and release governance, while mentoring teams and aligning technology with business goals. What you do Lead and mentor the DevSecOps team, promoting professional and technical growth. Design and implement strategies for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and security by design. Collaborate with development, architecture, security and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. Define and maintain DevSecOps standards, tools, and best practices across the organization. Oversee the implementation of automated security controls and vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines. Actively contribute to technical architecture and strategic decision-making. Continuously measure and improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of development and deployment processes. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical IT roles, with at least 2 years leading DevOps or DevSecOps teams. Experience in regulated environments (ideally insurance, banking, or healthcare). Strong background in software architecture, application development and infrastructure integration. Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools and agile methodologies. Experience with quality assurance frameworks, test automation, and performance optimization. Solid knowledge of release management processes and tools. Technical leadership and mentoring. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking and results orientation. Adaptability and continuous learning mindset.
